Participating in FRAME

Updated October 19, 2026

Accounts are for adults aged 18 and over. Respect other people and their work, protect your account, and share only content you have the right to share.

On this page

These terms explain the conditions for using FRAME’s film discussion service. Contact the site owner at support@in2cloudsolutions.com with questions. Read the privacy notice and community guidelines before contributing.

Accounts and participation

You must be at least 18 years old to create or participate through a FRAME account. This applies to every account and sign-in method, including existing members. Visitors can read public content without an account. Public film discussions and external viewing links may contain mature themes.

Before participating, complete the age eligibility check and agree to these terms and the community rules. Give accurate information and do not bypass an age restriction. A filmmaking interest or verified film credit does not confirm your age. Protect your sign-in account and also meet your sign-in provider’s eligibility requirements.

Posting, voting and requests require an eligible signed-in account. You are responsible for your submissions and must not impersonate another person, bypass suspensions, manipulate votes or automate disruptive activity.

Age concerns

FRAME may restrict participation and private contact and hide a public portfolio while an account age concern is investigated. Contact support@in2cloudsolutions.com to report an underage account, correct a mistake, or request personal-information removal. Include the relevant FRAME page links; do not send identity documents or birth dates by email. Account export and deletion remain available during an age restriction.

Your contributions and other people’s rights

You retain ownership of your original writing and images. When you submit them, you give FRAME permission to store, display, format and moderate it as needed to operate the service. Submit only material you are entitled to share. Do not post private information about other people, unlawful material, harassment or infringing copies of films.

Account deletion removes your attribution and uploaded discussion images. Text you choose to leave may remain as “Deleted member” so replies and links continue to work; FRAME’s permission to display that retained text continues. You can instead replace all your own post text with removal notices during deletion. Other people’s replies or quotations are not automatically removed; contact us about personal information or rights concerns.

Interpretations, creator commentary and film information

Community answers express personal interpretations. Verified creator commentary means the account has a reviewed credit for that film and has chosen to comment in that capacity; it is not an endorsement of every statement or proof of the whole production team’s intent. Film facts, posters, external sources and viewing availability may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect.

Moderation and service limits

The moderator may hide content, review or revoke creator verification, limit actions, and suspend participation for guideline violations or abuse. Suspended users can browse and submit a private appeal. Temporary restrictions expire; indefinite restrictions can be lifted by the moderator. Posting limits and review processes do not guarantee that every harmful contribution will be caught.

Account closure and availability

You can download your data and delete your FRAME account in your profile. Limited review records may remain as explained in the privacy notice. FRAME is an evolving service and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or responses from filmmakers.

Changes and complaints

Updates will appear here with a revised date. Contact the operator about questions or complaints. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
