COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Make room for another reading.

Discuss the film, respect the person and keep spoilers inside discussions. Report concerns or appeal a decision through the options explained below.

On this page

Discuss the scene. Respect the person.

Explain what you noticed in the film and distinguish observation from interpretation. Disagree with ideas without harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, or attacks on a person’s identity. Do not publish private information, spam, scams, or impersonate another person.

Respect members’ contributions.

Do not scrape, bulk-download, sell, or republish other users’ posts, or use them to train AI models, without appropriate permission. This does not restrict downloading your own account data, sharing links to discussions, or uses permitted by law.

Keep spoilers inside scene discussions.

Scene questions and answers sit behind a spoiler gate. Avoid plot revelations in names, bios, and other places without a warning. Check for an existing discussion before starting another; add useful context rather than repeating the same question.

Be clear about the source.

Community interpretations are personal readings. Verified creator commentary requires an independently checked credit and identity for that film. A badge does not make every opinion official or exempt its author from these rules. Votes never award badges. Cite sources for factual claims and acknowledge uncertainty.

Respect other people’s work.

Write in your own words. Do not post pirated copies, access credentials, or large copied passages. Original-work submissions use viewing links you have permission to share; media-file uploads are not supported. Credit collaborators accurately. Keep festival-embargoed or private work in draft. School and organization affiliation are separate from creative quality. For a rights or privacy concern, send the page link and a brief explanation to support@in2cloudsolutions.com; do not send sensitive identity documents or copies of illegal material.

Make introductions with care.

State your organization, the opportunity, timing, expected contribution and compensation where relevant. Respect declined requests and blocked contact. School affiliation, project credits and organization identity must be represented accurately. Studio work, questions, profiles, introduction requests and individual private messages can be reported; the moderator sees only the reported item.

How reports are handled

Signed-in members can report a question or answer. Reports remain private to the reporter and the sole moderator. A report alone never removes content. The moderator reviews context, applies these rules, records a reason, and may dismiss the report, hide or restore content, or suspend participation. Hiding a question also hides its replies. Decisions affecting your contributions appear in My Profile.

Credible threats, exploitation, exposed private information, and ongoing account compromise receive priority. FRAME is not an emergency service and is not monitored continuously. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Appeal a decision

For a suspension, use the private appeal form in My Profile, available even while suspended. Explain the disputed facts and provide relevant context; one appeal is accepted per suspension. The moderator records an acceptance or rejection and a reason in your profile. Temporary suspensions expire automatically.

For hidden content, a rejected credit, or another review decision, email support@in2cloudsolutions.com with the contribution or request reference, the decision, and why it should be reconsidered. Do not identify reporters. The sole moderator rechecks the evidence and explains the outcome; this is not an independent appeal panel. New evidence can be submitted for reconsideration. No response time is guaranteed.

Fair and proportionate enforcement

A mistake may need clarification or content removal. Repeated abuse may lead to a temporary suspension; serious harm may justify immediate hiding or an indefinite suspension. Rate limits also prevent flooding. Browse access and privacy controls remain available during a suspension. Verification never protects someone from moderation.
